Daily Duties at Biocontrol Systems:

• Assured customer satisfaction by investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues and enforcing policies for products and departmental practices; leading the continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring conformance to ISO 9000 • Supervised, reviewed, inspected, and approved documentation for Lot Release Activities for all incoming raw materials, in process, finish goods, rework and all commercial products before shipping • Created, edited and made modifications to the existing Quality System documents and Batch Records for routine manufacturing, environmental monitoring and quality data for all in-process and finish products • Participated in meetings to resolve non- conforming reports (NCMR), CAPA’s, process Deviations and made recommendations for corrective action necessary to assure conformity with quality specifications • Assisted with Internal Audits in support of the Quality Management System (QMS) and trained employees in response to audit findings • Worked directly with operating entities/Production supervisor to ensure that inspections were conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications • Identified routine Deviations, assured complaint investigation and led the resolution of deviations for lot release documentation • Supported all activities related to commercial product manufacturing and release • Reviewed Production Batch Records ensure that deviations and other discrepancies are resolved and closed prior to batch release • Supported/ Approved manufacturing/production in reviewing/revising Batch Records and manufacturing documents • Performed Line Clearances and approved Master Label Specifications and labels issued for production use • Provide information for Product Quality Reviews and participate in review/approval • Assured the effective monitoring and tracking of audit corrective actions through close-out
