Managed the most profitable Regional Operations Center of the Company. Responsible for regulatory compliance, and work flow for all departments. Instrumental in the targeting and delivery of loans to the appropriate investor. Responsible for obtaining final purchase by the investors of loans closed based on investor’s criteria and underwriting guidelines. Broker liaison, handling difficult transactions to insure loan contingencies and closing deadlines were met. Streamlined file flow, for fast, efficient closings and maximum profitability.
