Daily Duties at Zino Direct:
Responsible for underwriting, placement, and investor purchase of prime and sub-prime loans for California, and out of state. Assisted in the set up of a new wholesale operation. Monitored loans in every phase, from origination to shipping and investor purchase. Maintained excellent relationships with all investors and brokers. Worked with brokers in the structuring of loans being submitted, satisfying investor needs for program compliance and borrower financial requirements
