•Analyze uninterrupted power supplies, electronic components and printed circuit boards using a test system, self designed test fixtures and other testing equipment •Maintain a quality system for inspecting, testing, recording and tracking field return materials •Tested and maintained results of received parts from vendors for production •Complete and provide failure analysis reports •Create and disseminate high level reliability status reports. Calculate and report data of problems/issues for Research and Development •Collaborate with appropriate departments and staff to drive customer field issues corrective actions to completion and satisfactory results for clients according to company policy and procedures •Established a method to coordinate and expedite test results and corrective actions from suppliers/vendors •Helped in developing a process to organize, test and troubleshoot field returns to fit the needs of the customer •Rebuilt field return department for down units by creating policies and procedures to provide accurate tracking and analyses
