 Consult with different manufactures for special orders  Control inventory – merchandise corresponded with season  Monitor employee performance to meet and exceed customer satisfaction  Manage daily/weekly scheduling  Closing/opening functions including register, petty cash, and credit cards  Balance nightly diamond inventory  Educate clients on diamond and other gem specifications as well as setting and mounting procedures  Design jewelry according to the clients unique specifications
