Daily Duties at Cisco Systems:
Entrusted to manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the $7 billion service provider business unit. Provided oversight of all FP&A, budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, KPIs and benchmarks. Managed 4 staff and reported to the corporate strategic planning committee on operating results, financial analysis, and proposals for revenue growth, market share acquisition, and margin improvements. Personally selected to serve as a pre-sales management consultant for key customers (e.g. AT&T) to develop cost, revenue and profitability models of their business plans and network economics.
