Daily Duties at Fds International, Inc:
*Troubleshooting proficiency: Daily routine occurrence with the software and hardware issues, along with the communication process with U.S. Customs. *Customer service expert: Successfully interfaced with customers in relation to custom programming requests, along with trouble shooting users errors vs. software issues. *Analytical and critical thinker: I have worked with the programming staff in order to design future software requirements, mandated by U.S. Customs. *Trainer: Accomplished creating and administrating innovative training seminars around the U.S. I also have generated tchnical documentation to aid the customers. *Generation of reports: Daily generation of reports reflecting each and every problem reported along with a detailed solution for future reference. *Quality Control testing: New software modifications would be tested and then I would update the customer sites.
