Led the Industrial Environmental, Safety & Health Program, providing guidance and support to facility operations spanning engineering, metal machining fabrication, construction, assembly, systemization, testing, teardown, and shipment. Developed cleaner, more sustainable processes. Oversaw project and facility inspections related to job safety. Conducted pre-job briefings regarding risks to personnel, including analyzing risk of heavy crane lifts, confined space entries, and more. Supervised review of incoming product MSDSs, methods of use, and methods of disposal. Designed and administered EH&S training for personnel, facility managers, and environmental representatives. Allocated the facility health and safety budget. Prepared bid proposals. Evaluated contracts. Spearheaded investigations into accidents, failures, and incidents.
