Charged with managing the project managers and leading the complete overhaul of the lifecycle baseline for the characterization, repackaging, transportation, treatment and disposal of all the legacy waste at three ORR sites.  Conducted monthly project status reviews with the project managers and project controls staff, evaluating project performance providing monthly project input to the management evaluation fee report. Directed preparation of monthly Project Status Reports and prepared monthly presentation for the DOE.
