As a partner at SHB, I was responsible for all phases of litigating personal injury lawsuits. Those phases included discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, depositions, mediations, negotiations, hearings and appeals. As a partner, I managed a team of over ten individuals handling high stakes litigation on behalf of multiple multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device companies. I was responsible for all lawsuits within my regions. Ultimately, I was responsible for lawsuits in over 25 states.
