Specifically hired by company president to provide technical oversight of engineering projects, expand into the DOE waste management, environmental remediation and decontamination and demolition (D&D) markets, and develop and implement strategies instrumental in growing the company from 150 to 350 employees and from $25M to $60M in annual revenues after graduation from the SBA 8(a) program. As member of four-person executive strategy team, provided oversight of technical services contracts and engineering, waste management and D&D related projects. Identified opportunities, managed and prepared major proposals and recruited key personnel. Handled transition and/or start-up of new contracts, provided oversight of technical project managers and interfaced with clients to ensure satisfaction. Tracked performance and contract compliance, as well as development/implementation of corporate business strategies.
