Assisted residents with activities of daily living as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) until graduating as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and taking on the responsibility of a charge nurse overseeing CNA hands on care and working in a disciplinary team to assure optimal resident care is delivered
