Daily Duties at Chrysler Corporation:
Responsibility progressively grew with expanded role and span of responsibility; held generalist and specialist roles as individual contributor and ultimately a human resources manager supporting the Scientific Labs and Proving Grounds unionized and non-union technical staff. Supported leadership as a coach and consultant while deploying and administering HR programs, processes and systems to include recruiting, headcount management/reporting, compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, cost/benefits analysis of turnover and managers/supervisor effectiveness ----- Administered human resources generalist support for over 2,000 Engineers, Scientists and Technicians. Focus areas included compensation, recruiting, change and performance management, succession, labor relations and the 360° Feedback process plans. Completed a five-year Advanced HR Development Program with Rotational assignments
