Daily Duties at Corning Corporation:
Led the Human Resource function for global Research and S&T International Laboratories with multiple global locations in US (NY, CA), Europe (France, Russia), and Asia (China, Taiwan, India) with over 1,000 technical staff. Led people and organization strategy development and execution. Led building and development of the generalist team which provided integrated and aligned services, programs, processes, policies and practices to ensure global talent management, competency alignment, organization effectiveness, reward and recognition systems. Ensure value added application of initiatives including leadership coaching, cultural transformation for improved collaboration and partnership which unleashed creativity and innovation. Led global HRBP team; managed budget; and division wide program.
