Developed daily and weekly plans for the store leadership team while directing the Back of House, Red Zone and Family Room teams in the translation and execution of the corporate Visual Merchandising planogram. Facilitated the training and career development of all sales Specialists and Visuals extended team members on Apple standards while constantly maintaining an exceptional in-store customer experience.
