Managed a Visual team within a high profile and high volume, customer-centric environment including implementation of all corporate merchandising and marketing directives, coordination of overnight store sets and maintenance of all store fixtures and its property. Coordinated various Store Operations projects with multiple vendors on and offsite while working closely with the Retail Development and Preservation team to ensure all vendors’ work met the needs of the store and the brand image. Developed daily and weekly plans for the store leadership team while directing the Back of House, Red Zone and Family Room teams in the translation and execution of the corporate Visual Merchandising planogram. Facilitated the training and career development of all sales Specialists and Visuals extended team members on Apple standards while constantly maintaining an exceptional in-store customer experience.
