Meet statement of works milestones. • Selected to turnaround strained client relationships; established credibility with clients and stakeholders, eliciting more timely and relevant information needed to complete projects. • Provided business and data analysis on Dodd-Frank, European Market Infrastructure Regulations, and the Japanese Financial Services Agency requirements for a top-tier investment bank. • Transitioned regulatory reporting requirements for thousands of daily trades into business-as-usual processes, designing long-term technical solutions, mapping new workflow, and convincing teams to take on new functions. • Specified client and account data for a firm dealing in equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and commodities.
