Daily Duties at Camden Construction:
Supervised multiple employees for property maintenance, new construction, and remodeling crews. Multi-task and work with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team. Excellent organizational, oral and mathematical skills; including ability to understand and interpret statistical data. Used Microsoft Project and Excel to create cost budgets based on working hours, vendor materials needed, and contract deadlines. Assured company compliance with life safety codes, NFPA, Federal and State, product/ material, and OSHA regulations.
