Daily Duties at Commonwealth Plumbing Services:
Managed plumbing crews and materials involved for completion of new construction high rise hotels, (Hilton Gardens, Holiday Inns, and Candle Wood Suites). Responsible for scheduling crews to install material, manage and schedule labor hours of employees, arranged purchases through vendors. Coordinate with other onsite trades to minimize site conflicts and downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, floor plans and schedules as they relate to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC equipment, building structures and finishes. Adhered to strict guidelines set by OSHA and followed procedures while constantly adapting to new policies in efforts to resolve financial, operational, logistics, and personnel conflict. Responsible for scheduling building department inspections and obtaining passed inspections forms form inspector.
