Manager of multiple healthcare rehabilitation hospital and nursing home facilities. Review daily maintenance effectiveness with individual maintenance mechanics and team members to identify opportunities for improvement. Motivate, organize and maintain multiple shop staff's productivity. Conducted secondary interviews of candidates for maintenance positions. Prioritize, schedule, and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed to maximize efficiency. Responsible for conducting audits and ensuring completion of safety audits, lockout audits, in accordance with Safety Performance Indicators and Environmental Index. Understand and facilitate policies & procedures as well as audit procedures. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Maintained budgets based on patients per day (PPD) for each building and order supplies monthly on an as needed basis.
