Daily Duties at Well Masters Inc:

Key responsibilities include managing vendor relations, managing submittal packages and MSDS sheets, tracking job costs, procuring subcontractors and contract management. Participate in project progress meetings, brief senior management on goods and services procurement standards and schedules. Reviewed all requisition requests and generated all purchase orders. Responsible for establishing quality standards for material purchased. Insured logistical support for field personnel. Managed rental equipment, subcontractors scheduling, material deliveries and pickups were also a large part of my responsibilities. Developed and tracked department budgets/job costs and input into QuickBooks and Microsoft Project.
