• Managed day to day operations of orthopedic spine center – • Reduced expenses by over 60% through Materials Management/Supply Chain Management: • Managed cash flow and Account Receivables • Designed and opened a second state of the art spine center with full rehab facility including aquatic therapy pool • Authored and implemented for medical and corporate policies and standard operating procedures • Review payer contracts and negotiated reimbursement rates • Developed new relationships with Primary Care Physician practices to generate increased volume through the centers • Lead expansion into Dayton and Kentucky markets • Negotiated ownership stake with 2 ambulatory surgery centers to generate additional revenue • Developed and implemented marketing strategy that increased patient referrals by 140% • Established international presence in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan • Negotiated consumable pricing with Germany and China based manufacturer I knew I was successful by the significant increase in revenue, increased patient satisfaction as per their survey results, increase in employee morale, and 60%+ reduction in unnecessary overhead and expenses
