Daily Duties at Mercy Health:

• Responsible for integration, transition, implementation and management of Accountable Care Organization (ACO), Patient Centered Medical Home(PCMH) and other physician practice initiatives • Formulated marketing program for each practice according to geography and patient needs. • Managed 31 practices: Direct Reports – 6 area managers • Collaborated with physicians to implement clinical best-practices, efficiently • Budget development and performance to budget responsibility • Provided strategic planning support for physician practices • Supports recruitment and retention of professional and technical staffs • Support physician practices in the implemntation and support of EPIC (Electronic Medical Records system-EMR) On boarding of new physician practices
