Daily Duties at Iac, Group:

Production Supervisor from 2000 to 2007 – Transferred from Holmesville, Ohio facility, trained and coached 3 directs and 50 hourly associates current facility loosing $1,000,000 a month my job was to reduce lost time accidents, improve OEE, reduce scrap and improve housekeeping – lost time accidents for my department went from 27 a year to 15 the first year and improved every year after that by 1% or 2%, OEE improved from 55% to 75% the first year and improved 5% each year until we reached 85% consistently in 2007, scrap reduced from 15% to 9% the first year and continued to improve until we met our goal of 1.4% in 2007, planned daily schedules for department, provided daily feed back to department Manager on department safety, quality, OEE and housekeeping, provided daily production meeting for floor associates, responsible for 1st shift
