Daily Duties at Carole Industries :
Conducted 1-on-1 remodeling and design consultations with key clients interested in kitchen& bathroom layouts, incorporating client budgets, their desired design elements and space requirements. Planned strategy for developmental and implementation design phases during the construction and renovations of kitchens and bathrooms including space planning and finish specification. Secured numerous new client accounts working with construction companies and realtors. Maintained existing client accounts from the initial client contact through to job completion by staying involved with client needs during the planning stages beyond the scoped of their kitchen and bath needs. Conducted fact –finding meetings with prospective clients to determine their needs, assist in developing design concepts, on-site verification of measurements and presenting sales quotes in line with client objectives and project budgets
