Daily Duties at Creative Office Pavilion:

 Administer and direct all aspects of service, quality and performance improvement for the company.  Oversee all aspects of the organization’s customer service policies, objectives and initiatives.  Manage and oversee staff of 10 by setting productivity standards and conducting performance reviews.  Organize and administer training for all new and existing customer care employees to ensure consistency throughout the department.  Facilitate communication between the customer care department and all other departments in the company.  Working with all departments to develop and create more efficient processes, address issues and come up with resolutions.  Deal with diversity of clients, professionals and staff  Management of high profile accounts and developing client specific processes to meet their demands, expectations and deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.  Daily management of accounts; order entry, tracking orders, coordinating with vendors and meeting with Project Managers to review job status, coordinating scheduling deliveries and tracking projects through to completion.  Communication with clients to answer any questions with regards to orders once they are placed, confirm scheduling dates, follow up upon completion of projects to ensure satisfaction.  Reconcile orders and prepare for invoicing, design client specific invoices to serve client needs and track invoices through to completion.  Maintain online status reports for clients including such information as ship dates, install dates and resolution of incomplete order status.  Attend monthly meetings with client to review status report and address client concerns and comments.  Provide information to incoming calls and respond to internal requests in a timely manner
