Daily Duties at Factor Support Network Pharmacy:
Obtain and maintain CHAP accreditation since January 2004. Develop Quality Assurance Plan and Chair Committee. Develop Professional Advisory Committee and serve as Chair. Create benchmarking systems for QA. Develop and present Inservices to staff. Teach patients and young families with Hemophilia how to self infuse at home.
