Craeted and faciliated educational training sessions to meets staff needs; Design, implement and evaluate medication monitring and dispensing records; Provide performance evaluations; Conducts interviews and recommendations for hiring; Created curriculum for prevention and / or management of disesses germane to group - specific population.
