Daily Duties at Home Depot:

Spearheaded daily operations management of deliveries and will call for a very busy retail store, which included scheduling, prioritizing and preparing deliveries and will call, multiple truck / route delivery coordination, and by communicating availability, limitations and realistic expectations to fellow associates and customers. Participated in and oversaw the safe, proper order preparation with pullers and loaders to ensure on time readiness of pick-up or delivery, prevent damage in transit, and fulfill customer orders. Followed up on any outstanding orders with associates and/or customers. Consistently provided accurate contact info and appropriate paperwork for drivers, paid special attention to orders with hazardous materials and ensured drivers were made aware to maintain the highest level of safety. * Achieved a continually high customer satisfaction rating and internal morale level by maintaining a clear, organized will call holding area, proper item labeling/location, and an organized system for tracking, which led to smooth operations.
