Daily Duties at Securing Our Country:
Manage ADOC operations in cooperation with U.S. Army personnel; check on towers, supervise ECPs (Entry Control Points), and serve as Arming Authority. Supervise 50 employees, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution, performance evaluation and recommendation for personnel actions. Maintain high employee morale while motivating staff to achieve and maintain peak productivity and performance levels. * Ensure security posts are adequately staffed and restricted access areas are controlled at all times and order is maintained in adherence to established guidelines and procedures to ensure the overall effectiveness of security operations.
