Charged with providing operational leadership for a 350,000 square-foot distribution center with 2 other remote warehousing facilities, 12,000 square-feet and 48,000 square-feet respectively. • Established new standards and developed SOP’s, BPR's, training • Responsible for all Shipping & Receiving (LTL, TL and UPS pups) • Assessed and revamped this problematic facility, and implemented turnaround in just 8 months with full decision making authority by reducing fixed and variable costs, labor, overtime, and instituting production metrics to track all production, customer service, and materials.
