Promoted to live overseas and manage Hong Kong operations while coordinating shutdown of U.S. import operations and reduction of overall costs. Managed HR functions out of Hong Kong office and supervised cross-functional 15-person staff in IT, Accounting, Shipping, Merchandising, Arts and Graphics, and Quality Control departments. Served as primary liaison and troubleshooter for national accounts, buying groups, and regional purchasing networks. Selected, trained and evaluated team members; supervised customer service and order fulfillment.
