Daily Duties at Te Ksystems (Client) Optum Rx/ Prescription Solutions:
Develops proper documentation on the processes and code; creates functional and technical data integration mapping requirements and specifications Assists in the development of policies and procedures that are required to implement and maintain the registration and scheduling applications Participates in brainstorming and business requirements gathering sessions with business partners and development team Collaborates with business users and other team members to determine data extraction and transformation requirements Supports application software upgrades, product evaluations or prototyping of new processes as needed Works closely with the Manager, Business Intelligence to assign work and develop processes to enhance the operations within the group and to mentor the data integration technical staff as needed
