Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:

Responsible Systems Engineer for various Satellite Vehicle Propellant Launch Support Ground Systems. I developed system test procedures, designed integrated systems, components and/or modifications. Prepared design drawings per specifications (EWR 127-1 & OSHA), systems analyses, parts lists, schedules and estimates. Conducted design reviews and technical interchange meetings. Developed design requirements; prepared and presented technical reports, proposals for engineers, senior management and customers. During this timeframe, was increasingly responsible for the successful implementation of the following: • Created and directed many of the required operational support procedures on several commercial and national defense satellite programs launching from a variety of launch sites, integrating efforts with subcontractors, associate contractors, government representatives, customers, and oversight consultants. • Built up and disassembled various valving racks using various types of valves (manual and control), pumps, stainless steel tubing and cleaning to Mil Std. 1246 level 100A for various commodities (Gaseous Nitrogen, Helium, MMH, and N204). • Principal Technical Trainer and Responsible Systems Engineer for various pieces of Mechanical equipment including: o Liquid and Cryogenic Propellant Transfer Units and Pneumatic Gas Storage Systems o 50, 100, 200-ton Cranes, Forklifts and Aero lifts • Responsible Systems Engineer for major satellite transportation operations - including crane, transporter, and C-5/C-130 operations.
