Daily Duties at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center:
Managed IV medication preparation and verification of IVF, IVPB, chemotherapy, and TPNs. Managed order entry and prescription verification, interpreted and evaluated drug therapy and age/weight appropriate dosing. Provided clinical knowledge to physicians, and nurses. Interacted with clinical pharmacists, physicians, and nurses regarding drug therapy.
