Daily Duties at Gateway:
Responded to inbound sales and Customer Service inquiries, representing computer products and services with technical knowledge of hardware and software. Analyzed client needs, identified appropriate computer system configurations and products. interfaced with client to close the sale. Obtained client financial issues, resolved financial issues, and collaborated with financial institutions and clients to secure adequate financing.
