Spearhead continuous improvement and lean operations management for Coca-Cola operations in North America. Serve as decision-making authority over project execution and prioritization; forecast material and labor needs and fulfill the same. Create KPI; formulate and implement broad-reaching strategic planning. Train and supervise personnel. Lead comprehensive training programs for management, applying Six Sigma principles and project management best practices.
