Daily Duties at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation:
Consulted with Chief HR Officer to lead HR Consulting Team on rebuilding HRBP team effectiveness foundation wide. The Senior HR Business Partner role focus on executing HR Consulting team transformation model, aligned strategy to foundation global Program Strategies, coach and consult with Global Development division leadership to identify emerging organization and people opportunities to formulate strategy, solutions and resources to improve organization effectiveness and impact. Partner with COEs to provide quality products, processes and services with significant value add. Serve on the Foundation Leadership Team (FLT), Global Program Council (GPC), HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and GD Division Leadership Team.
