Managed up to 78 employees including supervisors and lead person. Budgeted manpower and machine hours. Developed and managed budget of 80,000. Managed KPI reports. Helped safety and established QC circle. Almost daily contact with customer to help establish schedules to meet their demand. After 8 months took over scheduling, customer service, and purchasing. Develop JIT program for warehouse, purchasing and customer service. Daily contact with customers and suppliers. Held department meets and sales meetings. made sure shipments was on time. Developed and trained continuous improvement teams. worked with a multicultural environment. Planed and organized manufacturing operations and resolve any manufacturing issues.
