• Worked together with manager, fellow team leaders and staff to facilitate completing surgery schedule in a safe and timely manner • Determined proper staff mix for 8 operating rooms on a daily basis • Completed staff schedule every 6 weeks for 40 employees using Rexflex scheduling program • Tracked employee time and vacation via Kronos timekeeping system • Worked together with ancillary departments to correct issues affecting Same Day Surgery
