Daily Duties at Wet Willie's Mgt Corp:
Assist project staff with coordination of various activities project cost estimates; compile and prepares project correspondence; maintains data; assist with record maintenance, organizing pay request submittals; prepares and monitors project schedules. Interact on-site with contractors, and maintenance personnel regarding project bids and evaluation activities, and other project concerns. Develop bid documents and specifications for solicitation of professional services (consultants, architects, engineers) and contractors. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned. Maintains a written chronological report of construction actions transpired throughout the project to record events and actions that may have delayed the project
