Daily Duties at Hid Global:

professional planning and scheduling to ensure the execution of maintenance and repair tasks for all production and support areas with minimal impact on production activities.- Responsible for the preparation of detailed formal job plans for the maintenance of equipment and facilities. Responsible for asset tracking via tagging system and entering additions, changes and deletions into CMMS Identifies appropriate PM requirements and maintaining CMMS with up to date tasks and frequency data Coordinates appropriate resource planning and scheduling including required labor, subcontractors, materials and tools to support maintenance and project activities Responsible for the preparation of daily work schedules for multiple supervisors and technicians. Manage and maintain the workflow process including work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and auditing.- Develop detailed job plans including all labor, materials, tools, safety precautions and requirements, and work procedures for repairs, alterations, and preventative maintenance for the facility and all types of equipment. For all corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance activities ensure proper task assignments and correct balancing of available assets to complete workloads that are scheduled.- Scheduling shall be done according to the client's needs and to meet production priorities.- -Review and report on completed preventative and predictive work requests to determine if time standards and job estimates are being met. Analyze and interpret maintenance trends and variances in order to prepare reports and to evaluate the effectiveness of the scheduling initiatives.- Make modifications to the scheduling as necessary to achieve maximum use of resources including balancing priorities, manpower, material, and equipment availability. Interact with various team members, client contacts, and vendors to maintain effective working relationships. Develop plans and schedules that meet the team's and client's objectives. Responsible for short and long term scheduling to ensure these objectives are met. Review, set-up if required, and maintain all preventive maintenance work orders in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including establishing/reviewing job plans and task work order frequency.- Creates and presents key reports and metrics to monitor operational efficiency and productivity
