Pastor, I was appointed to be a missionary in Moscow, Russia and be a pastor of an “International Church” represented by as many as fifty nations. I worked with many drug addicts and alcoholics and some mentally disturbed people. As a result, some recovered from their old habits and became contributing citizens of the country.
