Duties Included: • Arranged complex corporate travel and processed subsequent expense reports • Answered executive’s telephone calls, processed incoming mail and other correspondence and routed as appropriate • Assisted in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Planned and coordinated meetings and special events • Maintained filing system; ordered office supplies; and processed check requests • Utilized general business equipment, e.g., fax, copier, in the performance of assigned duties
