Main focus was comprehensive support of CEO and CBO including extensive calendaring, domestic/international travel and accommodations Duties: • Complex travel coordinating, international and domestic o Japan, Germany, England, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Chez Republic o Accommodations and car service o Passport renewals, Visas • Meeting Planning o Quarterly BOD meetings o BOD Books o Conferences / WebEx o Catering o Holiday Party, Summer Party, etc. • Key Database Administrator o Contract Administration o Stock Administration o Data room files • Managed complex relationships involving prospective partners, collaborations and internal work groups • Board Liaison • Assisted with new hire on-boarding, coordinated hiring activities, including interviews, reference checks, etc.
