Responsible for in-depth cost estimation for projects which include civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical for power plants, waste water treatment facilities, commercial buildings, industrial structures, transportation, and high-rise buildings. Duties include estimating change orders, and tenant-work proposals, negotiating with owners/architects and subcontractors; the administration, preparation of construction delay analysis and presentation of construction claims; negotiations with engineers, architects and owners; project cost analysis, purchasing and contract administration from start to closeout of project.
