Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

- Leading teams of 20-30 associates and contractors in architecting and implementing technology platforms. - Managing application teams for 3 distinct platforms (Global Referrals Engine, Small Business Referrals Service and the Global Relationship Capital Intelligence platform) consisting of 5 applications across 3 teams. The 3 delivery managers report directly to me. - Staffing decisions (hiring and cuts) - Responsible for project estimation and ensuring financials stay on track. - Associate Development and Performance Reviews - Managing associates, contractors and an offshore delivery team. - Articulating and presenting business value of projects to Senior Executives to win buy in for budgetting - Defining technology strategy and vision. - Defining resource strategy - Ensuring partnership with other technology teams that have a stake in projects under my control - Project sequencing and scheduling throughout the year. - Relationship with business partners and key stakeholders
