Daily Duties at Valley Concessions/Quakes Baseball:
Oversee all operations at the Epicenter Stadium and full P & L responsibility of a $1.8 Mil budget, along with generating sponsorship sales for the client. Manage 120 team members and 3 full time foodservice managers. Develop innovative menu selections that increased sales in all areas of the operation. Perform labor analysis, capital expenditure projections, and pro forma projections of each area of the business for the client.
