Daily Duties at Levy Restaurants:
Responsible for $5.6 Mil operating budget at Nokia Theatre. Oversee the management of over 180 bartenders and foodservice team members, along with 9 full time floor managers. Development of customized menus and working with Executive chef to make sure food items reflect the demographics of our event guests.
