Daily Duties at Lesco:

Responsible for the AS/400 Mid range Server health and coordinating any support needs with external service engineer. Responsible for scheduling all staff needs for first and third shift. Was required to be available for 24/7 support of the processing and all error resolution. worked with development team to implament new processes into the processing schedule. New User setup and terminations, Sarbane Oxley Policy and Procedures
