Daily Duties at Circle K West Convenient Stores:
Oversee all operations of 11 sites located in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Execute upselling strategies and corporate marketing plan to reach corporate budgetary goals. Negotiate service contracts for on site landscaping, floor maintenance, and power washing. Mentor, coach, and develop store managers in all areas of operations management, P & L management, and leadership training.
